The Cat in the Hat Knows Alot about EVERYTHING!

Our December Membership Drive is wrapping up, and tonight we feature a Family Night double-header - the Cat in the Hat and Curious George...and it's all about Christmas! 7pm

Saturday's line-up revisits our newest local program of Christmas music with tenor Eric Barry: Home for Christmas, followed by pianist John Bayless: Christmas Rhapsody...7pm 

And on Sunday a riveting special, DOWNTON ABBEY REVISITED has us savoring great moments from the series' first two seasons, along with cast interviews, rare behind-the-scenes footage and a sneak peek at what's in store for the Crawleys as they enter the Roaring Twenties..6:30pm

Then on Downton Abbey Series 2 we're 2 years into WWII and the estate is in turmoil, as Matthew and other young men go to war - or avoid it. The women also pitch in, and many couples see their romantic dreams dashed...Sunday at 8pm

Known as "the people's favorite tenor..."

Perhaps best known recently for his role as Jean Valjean in the 25th Anniversary stage show of Les Miserables, Alfie Boe is filmed live in London performing from some of the best-loved musicals of all time, including Sunset Boulevard, Company, West Side Story and Moulin Rouge...and of course performing his own emotive interpretation of "Bring Him Home" from Les Miserables, accompanied by Claude Michel Schonberg, one of the original writers of the score. One of life's lessons...don't name your food!

Based on a true story and presented on Thanksgiving eve - NATURE: MY LIFE AS A TURKEY.  Deep in the wilds of Florida, writer and naturalist Joe Hutto was given the rare opportunity to raise wild turkeys from chicks. Hutto spent each day out and about as a "wild turkey" with his family of chicks until the day came when he had to let his children grow up and go off on their own. As it turned out, this was harder than he ever imagined...7pm

I'm quacking up...seriously.
